1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

3. Exchanges
- Size or design exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability) within the same [7-day] window.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inform us immediately with photos if you receive a damaged/incorrect item.
- Return delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility, except when the error is on our side—then we’ll cover/reimburse reasonable return shipping.
- Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
