CHANGE OF MIND / SUBJECTIVE PREFERENCE: In compliance with standard e-commerce regulations in Pakistan, Mera Jora does not accept returns or exchanges based on "change of mind," subjective dissatisfaction with design aesthetics, or sudden alterations in personal preferences post-purchase.

Note: Minor stitching variations or loose trimming threads that do not compromise the garment's structure are standard elements of the apparel manufacturing process and do not constitute "damage."
2. Strict Technical Disclaimers (Stitched Apparel)
As a premium stitched apparel brand, Mera Jora enforces the following parameters to protect product integrity. Claims violating these clauses will be rejected summarily without recourse:

The 72-Hour Hard Deadline: The customer must formally notify Mera Jora via email within 3 working days (72 hours) of the official delivery timestamp recorded by the logistics partner. Any incoming email registered at 72 hours and 1 minute or later will be systematically flagged as "Expired" and rejected by our system.
4. Multistep Online Return & Verification Protocol
To initiate an evaluation, the customer must strictly navigate the following administrative protocol. Unauthorized parcels sent directly to our logistical facility without written authorization will be permanently rejected at the gate or disposed of with no corporate liability.

5. Sanitary, Wear, and Product Condition Standards
Stitched garments undergo a strict biological and structural scan upon re-entry to our fulfillment center. An article will be instantly disqualified from an exchange or refund if it fails any of the following parameters:

Account Details Submission: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate bank routing info (Bank Name, Account Title, and IBAN) via email. Mera Jora is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect account details provided by the user.
7. Policy Abuse, Fraud Protection, and Legal Rights
Mera Jora reserves the absolute right to track, monitor, and catalog the frequency of return and refund filings initiated from individual digital user accounts, physical street addresses, or payment cards.
Systemic exploitation of this policy, fabricated claims of garment damage, physical manipulation of fabric to simulate a defect, or hostile/abusive language directed toward our corporate representatives will result in immediate account termination, blacklisting of the delivery address, and potential escalation to relevant digital consumer protection forums.
The structural assessments, determinations, and final rulings delivered by Mera Jora's Quality Assurance and Customer Service divisions are legally binding, definitive, and final. Mera Jora retains the unilateral authority to modify, append, or overhaul any section of this policy without prior public notice.
