Return/Refund and Exchange policy

At Merajora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Conditions for Exchange & Refund

Articles are only eligible for exchange or refund if:

  • They are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item

Please note:

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen settings is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange
  • Complaints about fabric texture, fall, or quality based on personal preferences are not entertained, as thousands of satisfied customers across Pakistan have appreciated and loved our products
  • Any additional styling elements (e.g. belts, pins, jewelry) shown in product images are for visual presentation only and not included unless mentioned in the description
  • Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

    • Items bought during Clearance Sales (50% or 60%)
    • Used or worn articles
    • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Returns without prior request will not be accepted
  • Returns processed without our confirmation will not be accepted
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your bank to reflect the amount.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged within 7 days (if conditions are met).
