Return Policy Guidelines:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  2. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  3. Return Process:

    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  4. Shipping:
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  5. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  6. Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
